Intro to Crossfit Boot Camp

For the month of June we are offering "Intro to CrossFit Boot Camp."
3 classes a week-you pick the time!
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 7am, 4pm or 8pm. Included is a body composition scan at the beginning and the end of the month, classes and discounts on memberships if you join. Learn all the basics of CrossFit with other beginners with multiple class times for busy schedules! Program runs Monday June 3 through Friday June 28.
